Sunset Cantina has anchored 916 Commonwealth Ave since 2003 — the unofficial pre-game for BU hockey, the after-class hangout, the spot you bring out-of-towners to prove Boston knows margaritas.
Today the kitchen leans into birria, sizzling fajitas, and esquites, and the bar backs it up with a beer & tequila club — flights, seasonals, and rare pours, most nights until 2am. And yes, the loaded nachos are still on the menu.
